    Nice catch, wish the water here was above 50! To me sounds like they are on where you are. When the water temps here hot 53 last spring I was filling the box. That was Feb 3, but this year we are still in the 40's pretty strong. However I see several days coming with temps in the high 60's and low 70's and that is going to make things happen I believe!

    Thanks skip, the problem here is the fluctuations of the temps. Once they settle a bit it will be a lot better.

    Thanks Paw..........Gonna try again, maybe Bayou Black, once this nasty weather passes thru. Fish must be staging deep in our 7' canals waiting on the water temps to come up a few degrees.

    Coon I've had some success using a RoadRunner and casting it towards the bank and fishing it back into deep water all the way to the bottom real slow.
