    Default Looking for some help....

Got a good friend named John Thompson and his wife Joyce wanting to crappie fish Toledo Bend to catch crappies in February. He writes fishing
articles for newspapers, magazines and Texas Parks & Wildlife OUTDOOR ANNUAL. His last article can be read in the 2013-2014 Outdoor Annual,
titled "SMALL WATER, BIG BASS". He and his wife would like to make contact with a guide to put them on some crappies. Any and all names with
a phone number and email address will be greatly appreciated. Thanks to all that reply. Tight lines.

I just saw this Joe.http://www.toledo-bend.com/toledo_be...est=lake-level There is plenty info about TB including guides. Kinda hard to navigate. Click on quick info, click on directory then go to fishing. Also, go to lakecaster.com Hope this helps. If that is not enough. Get Skip's number off his card for Thumpit jigs. Danny

    I've used these guys before.
Very good trips and super nice folks.
Some of the best sac-a-lait I've ever caught were with JT Thompson in February on TB.

Joe, Dapet is right, he goes by Coon. Super nice fella. Seen him at the landing at Cypress Bend a few times. Drops his own brush piles. He's not the real secretive type like some. Will tell you where, what on, and how deep.

Just a short update on this...........John made contact with "Coon" and set a date for a guided trip for 8 folks on a pontoon boat. I may be one of the
occupants. Thanks for sharing the info. Trip will happen when the catch is on.
