I'm from Opelousas also. Never had great luck in Dubisson but when I did hook a few they were healthy. After about a dozen tries, I didn't catch the first one until I ran across an old timer that explained, "you got to spider rig 'em to catch in here."

What do you fish with live or plastic bait?

I'm from port barre, maybe we need to meet up an swap ideas. I'm still learning and always looking to learn more

Yes i do know the Fireman. We are coworkers..I am also a fireman. I mainly fish 2oclock, halfmoon, second lake, henderson, and dubisson lake.

How do you get to half moon and two o'clock I have heard a lot about these two places but don't know how to access the water. Also when us the best time to fish those area.
