Might just be me, but it looks like the rail of the boat your girl is facing is a different color. Looks green, not drab to me. And don't forget the beer we are gonna drink at TB. Danny

Tal it is not the quantity or the quality of the fish that's the addiction, it's just the fishing. The need to feel the next bite, to feel that tug on the line and the fight that follows. Of course we have our wants like big fish, full coolers, and preferred species, but that is not the main draw, it's in your blood like a bad disease but it's good when controlled. It's a great outlet to the everyday stress that builds in a person, it helps bring family together, and it fosters great friendships. Don't be so hard on yourself just go with the flow and enjoy yourself. Just one tip for you, pick a body of water preferably a small one or the small part of a larger one that you know holds fish as proved by others and learn it real well. Learn every log, brush, ledge, channel, and flat. Fish each one hard and thoroughly at different times of the year until you finally hit the fish and gain the confidence that you can return there time after time and catch them. It's all a game and it takes time to learn the rules. Good luck.

Dang Vet, you got it bad or good I guess Do you ever saltwater fish? There is some good fishing right now at Cypremort Point and they are not far from the ramp. I have been doing really well on the specks and reds in there. You may not want to go though, it will only further your 'condition'!

@vet, I managed 2 in Big Bama today. An experience guy had a dozen and said they just weren't biting today. Saw an otter dragging a small dead gator and wonder if he killed it or scavenged it.
