Nice! Every time I pull crank baits, way over half the catch is catfish for some reason. Doesn't matter how I do it or what color on.

What speed are you running ? We only caught two catfish this morning while cranking....and two bass.....rest were all crappie. Pulling flats in open water....15 to 16 FOW and pulling the cranks 8 to 9 ft. deep. 1.6 to 1.8 mph. Chartreuse, hot pink, orange ,and bright yellow were the colors of the day

Real nice, like that picture a lot G. Looks like you are standing at my place there with the dense woods next to the grass, etc. Thanks for posting - I like pictures

Gave my addiction a small treatment this week. Bought two "Dock Deamons" one 30" the other is 36" and three crankbaits. This should hold me until I can get to the water.

Find the shad with your fish finder...the crappie will be under the shad ......crankbait colors like pink...orange...chartreuse...and yellow or any combination of these work good
