    That is why I have always put a SS prop on every motor I have had especially long ago when running on Toledo Bend. Sorry that happened to you. This kind of lake will eat he aluminum props like candy.

    Oh that hurts (the pocket book)......you know, in the waters we fish in down here, no matter how careful you are, it's just gonna happen sometimes, no fault of your own.....I gather that in the picture, you are home and the prop is still on the motor, that you did not have a spare on board.....I don't either, but lots of folks do.....something to consider....sorry for your bad luck....and that cheated us out of another picture of a box of fish.....

    I told you to watch out for those gators. Better a prop than a gearbox and shaft.

    Right on the Aluminum wheel. There cheaper than a lower unit.
