    Default Basin 7/19

Did not make it to Bayou Black went to the spillway, caught 16 total 1 sac,2 big google eye and the rest brim. Launched at the Belle River landing went in the 21 inch area. Sac on black and char. jig everything else on chrickets. Thje bite was real light!! Tried bass for a while but no luck!! Water is still a little high and to clear in some spots.

    Thanks for the heads up.
Headed there in the morning with the wife.........
She's dying to jerk some perch.............
Any chance you try the canals that go between the Williams Canal and Bayou Long before you get to Middle Fork?
Also, did you go way down the 21" to the Mystic Crew?
Just curious as to how the water looked in those areas if you did.

Hey Vet, you get the cigar. I was wondering who would spot it and say something. At least you know what they look like.
