I am not to sure what the State Parks in that area have to offer. The one at D'Arbonne has good meeting areas. The Parks down there may have the perfect Spot for up to 50 people . Some Churches have " Family Life Centers" they rent for Family Reunions and public Meetings, for almost nothing.
