Used shiners for sac-a-lait Sunday, March 10th. Only Caught 3 catfish and not one sac-a-lait. Very windy but was able to fish relatively calm water. Water temperature was 54-55.5 degrees. River is beginning to rise again and will put more water into old river.
I tried, but to no avail.
