    Default LOP report

Hoping for better luck tomorrow. Terrible day today at LOP. I guess I'm fishing the wrong depth. Tried around 23 ft., 24 ft. 26-28 ft., even 30-31ft in the river channel. Couldn't get much. Anybody having any luck?

I guess you were right, pS...
Found 'em today and had a great trip. Caught 1 that was a little over 16", and several other really nice ones.
    Thanks for the response.
Here's a couple of pics of today's catch, and a pic of the new rodholder I welded up the other night. I still want to move it and build another one for the back. I'm loving my jig poles..Name: 1224120837 (1).jpg

Nice catch the second try, nice set up as well. This is probably going to seem dumb, but I have no idea what LOP means. Please tell me.

Thanks and merry Christmas to all.
LOP stands for my favorite winter time crappie lake---- Lake O' the Pines near Jefferson, Texas which is only 45min. away from me.
Hoping to go back next Thurs. and Fri. if wind and wife permits. Both are equally unpredictable and both can ruin a trip and bite you in the arse.
    Later,

Hi everyone at CDC,hope all had a great christmas! been a long time since I've had a chance to wet a hook (too long). I've had a lot of things going on so been unable to get out, the reason for no post in quite some time. Been checking the site lately, looks as if you guys have been doing pretty good at times. Gonna get to go for the first time tomorrow, gonna try LOP, I'm thinking its about time they get started over there. Seen where bayoumonster posted he would be there tomorrow and friday, maybe I will see you on the water tomorrow, what kinda rig will you be in? I'll be in an older model blue ranger, holler at me if you see me out there. Good luck to everyone, glad to be back in action.
