    Nice catch. Any reason you dont put in at the end of the road ? I also heard you need some kind of permit, is that true.

    These gold sacs were fat. You can give those Goggles to prefer shiners He loves em.

    Hey Kip,

    The bridge is out near the end of the road. You do need a permit. You can buy it at the bait store in Madisonville by the 22 hwy light. you can launch at the Hwy 22 bridge. It is a gravel launch. Or at the Marina on the east side of the river. About a dozen boats were fishing in the main river south of the 22 bridge. I think for speck trout. Didn't see any one catch tho. The specks are on at the causeway.HTH
