I'll be headed back up north for a weekend. This time the lot of us are in cabins on Lake Darbonne. Anyone have any suggestions for where I could get into a mess of something in a kayak? I don't have to have a backdown to launch, just need to be able to get down to the water to launch my little plastic missile. If you don't wanna give up your sac...er crappie (that is what y'all call em up there right?) honey hole, I like bass just as much as those lil spotted critters. Anything I need to know about the lake? The slot limit on bass would have been good info ahead of time. I graduated from Tech, but I have not fished that area since then.
