Rev., Toledo Bend is a Tex/LA lake. You can fish with either license, but must obey the state rules from where your boat is launched. I have a Louisian
license, but if I lauch my boat on the Texas side and a Texas Game Warden checks me, then my license are ok, but the fish size and bag possession limit
must meet Texas rules. For example; Crappie- Louisiana, NO SIZE LIMIT, 50 DAILY. Texas, 10" MIN., 25 DAILY.
BASS; Louisiana, BASS- 14"min. 8 possession. Texas, Bass 14", 5 possession.
This is for Toledo Bend and if I'm wrong, someone please correct me.

You are correct. I would just like to clarify a point. If you are a senior and launch on the Texas side you must have a LA senior license even if you turned 60 before June 2000. By the way, if you are over 65 you can fish on any Texas waters with a LA senior license.

Please check out this Texas Parks and Wildlife Link

Special rules apply on the Bend from December through February.
