    i haven't fished pp since early march but i would imagine the crappie bite would be very poor by now

    meatman...first time i fished PP was in may..actually caught a lot of fish...even a 2lber..it wasnt like the early spring bite, but it was good...also caught some big white bass...good luck

    I hav caught them in may before too,just have'nt heard any reports from there latley and I hav'nt been there for awhile myself,if yoy can't get the crappie to bite try the bream or catfish.
