Default WM_Blue_Thunder and Blue Thunder Bayou Trip

We went to D'arbonne Bayou this morning...Caught alot of small ones early. By 930, we probably had 12 keepers. From 930 - 1100 it was on. Ended with 33 Keeper Crappie and 1 Good Catfish.

Nice mess of fish. I wanted to go to the bayou but was worried about all of the bass boats. It was slow on the lake most I heard of was ten. I only had five.

I see the Hunter Education shirt, I have one also and I am an instructor also.

Are the fish still along the stumps?

Nice mess of fish. Know you two had a great time catching those. Me and my son were going down to Black Lake this morning but it was raining. I am too old to fish in the rain any more, you know old salts lump up, besides I have too many fish in the freezer anyway. Went yesterday morning and only managed 11 in two hours.

It was definately a good morning. I wasn't expecting it with the overcast and front moving in. I'm looking forward to next time.

We are both hunter education instructors. I have been one for about 10 years now. We caught these casting in open water. There were very few bass boats out this morning.

I have been an instructor for a long time and had stopped teaching until this year. I have taught the class to middle school students in West Monroe. I think that I might try the bayou in the morning. Jim
