Put in at Talley around 6:30 this AM.

Several boats in the area. Fished the points of the coves in 7 to 12ft water was best.

Seemed like we had to hold it still for a minute to get a hit.

Wyatt got his first deer kill yesterday.

Not a record book buck but a kill at 208 yards is a good kill to me. Of course I'm a 50 yard man myself.

Weather was to nice not to go out again this morning. Went with a friend and his son, Tom and Will.
Pretty much same pattern but we did catch some better ones back in a couple coves. Jig tipped with minnows was the ticket.
