In my opinion yes and no. Some are but most are not. My brother and I went yesterday and cleaned 7. Fished all day had 9 total. We did fish for some bass also. The crappie we caught in 2 - 7 fow. I think by this weekend they will be in full spawn. Again this is just my opinion.
