Thread: Lake Linville

Came back from Richmond Saturday, and Lake Linville was a delicate chocolate brown....way too muddy for this child to fish. Just a hint, Mrs. FishlessMike and I fished Woods Creek last week. Found a couple of coves where the bottom looked like a moonscape. We put 20 or so filleting size bluegills in the livewell in short order. Yhen I kicked the cricket cage over in the boat. That's another story. The missus didn't like the fact that there were 2 or 3 "no shouldered" critters circling the boat, but she got over it. :D

After a couple of bad years dealing with surgeries I plan to fish a bit this year. Any new fishing reports for Linville Lake. Crappie or Gills it doesn't really matter to me !
