Third week of March is usually very good. Mother Nature can make or break a trip during this time though. Last year we had a lot of rain and high water to deal with and a lot of high winds. (wind is always a factor to consider)

I'd start fishing in the 10-12 foot depth and move shallower or deeper depending on water temps.
