    Nice mess of fish!!!!!!

I did better than I did last time. Instead of just a few small ones, I caught a WHOLE MESS OF 8" Fish!! Did mannage to bring in a couple of keepers, but nothin' like what you hauled in. Nice goin'.

Still may have to get there early and follow you around!!! (Just teasin')

anyway, was a beautiful evenin' on the water, and had fun!

Talking Double dog dangit, Teach ...

you're wearin' me out, with all those nice Green River Lake Slabs :D

Keep them reports/pics comin !! All they are doing is whetting my appetite for a trip to Green, soon

Hmmmm ... let me guess : minners at 10-12ft over brush piles on flats :p

Just out of curiosity ... do you think they're starting to react to the cooler temps, staging for the Fall Feeding Frenzy, or was it just the overcast/drizzle rain kinda day that you credit for such a successful trip ?

I'm with C.P. on this one. Makes me want to go today. Did not know Green River had that kind of size crappie in it.
I'll be setting up another trip soon. Just waiting for the weather to break. Hope to see ya on the water. Until then, keep up the good post.

    Crappie Pappy and Downwind
I am not for sure but it does seem like they are starting to feed more. The fish are full of shad and the bite has been hard.
