but that was as close as I got to actually going :p

Didn't have to work (at my paying job) ... but, did go to my Mom's and do some "tree trimming". Her Pear tree got busted up, in one of the storms we had earlier this year. She wants it totally removed, but rains have kept me from being able to bring it down & haul it away.

I've already promised the "logs" to a buddy, for his fireplace stock ... and the small branches sections are committed to the city's mulch makers :D
