    Default Back from Blood River

Fished Blood Thursday,Friday and the biggest part of Saturday. Best day was Thursday with 26 and my personal best of 2lbs6ozs.Most fish caught in 14 to 24 ft of water on minnows and jigs tipped with minnows.Water was around 53 in the afternoons.Blood is still not on yet.Planning to take my 9 yr old son on spring break in a week or ten days and maybe it will be better by then.

Nothing wrong with 2-6. Good luck on the upcoming trip.

Nice slabs. I'm off the next two weeks and plan on getting after them myself.

Very envious they don't grow 'em that big on this end of the state!
