    Gary,
You had better hold off on Malone for a while. I is very
high and muddy. I have not seen the water level this high all winter. We got several inches of rain. If you want to call me and get lake info. PM for my cell. I am leaving for Guntersville this Sunday for a few days.

Thanks Brad! I am going with Scott M. and his crew. 12 fisherman and 6 boats. Most of them will be bass fishing but I will forgive them. LOL. Lots of fishing and food! I hope the weather is decent. If I can just get over that Mt Eagle I think I will be okay.

    Later,
    Tom

CC, hope you guys wack-em good at Guntersville next week. Thanks for the info on Malone. I may be in touch if I get another chance to get over that way this year. As I said, never fished there for crappie, in fact only been on the lake one time and then bass fishing. Pretty lake, with clear water like some of the lakes in central/eastern KY/TN. Still, I would think a man should be able to find some crappie in the back of the creeks or trolling the creek beds???

Well - Is this it for winter now.
I am new to Kentucky - Relocated to the London, Ky area late last spring and missed the great Crappie fishing. I was out at London Dock last Sunday, but only caught Spotted Bass(I think they were)
Not a Crappie in sight and the water was only 39*. Maybe soon with the 10 day forecast looking good.
Motor is in the shop for Carburetor repair and should be ready in a few days.
Anyone familiar with London Dock area?
