Haven't been and won't make it for at least another couple of weeks. Have to work this weekend and go visit some of the wife's family next weekend. Maybe the lakes will get lined out and the water will warm/thaw a little.
May have to make another trip to Cumberland before too long, though it will probably be for stripers. I have seen pics of multiple 3 lbers out of C-land but I have a hard time crappie fishing that lake.

    Take care,

I'm ready to go first chance I get.....seems like the cold fronts and bad weather are conveniently arriving on my days off. Long term weather looks good for end of next week.....if so, will be on the water somewhere next Thursday or Friday.

My last trip was 1/12/08. We brought home 21 pretty good fish. That was the last pretty Saturday we have had. The fish were still pretty scattered but would bite inspite of off colored water and debris floating around. The water on Barkley was up almost 2 foot above winter pool.
