    Default Rough River Lake Info

I heard last night that they are starting to drop the level of Rough River Lake and that it will be at winter pool by 1 Oct. A full month earlier than normal and at a faster drop rate. Suppose to be for repairs on the spillway that was put off from last year. Has anybody else heard this?

    Default "Thanks"

    Hey CP,

"Thanks" for the info. That's pretty much what I heard, except the 15th Oct pool level. The daily lake level report for Rough is showing a 1.5 foot drop per day so that's going to mess up the fall bite. I appreciate your reply.

    Catching any fish on T-ville?

Actually, come to think of it, I ain't been much of anywhere (fishing) this year .. except a couple of trips to Cedar Creek Lake, playing with the "dinks".
I may have to start just driving over to Taylorsville and standing at the boat ramp, with my fishing gear .... and try and hitch a ride :D

I'll keep that in mind Maybe some Sat. in the near future, we could hook up at Settler's Trace Marina ramp. I could be there by 0-dark thirty (daylight) :D
I can show you where/how I fish it ... but, no promises on catching fish :p I haven't been there but a couple of times, over the last 3yrs so it might take me a while to figure 'em out .... LOL!!

I would love to have a partner.

Well crappiepappy, since I'm retired just about any day would be good, except Sundays. And of course, when it's cold, raining or windy. Gettin choosey in my older years. ( LOL!! ) Daylight sounds ok though. That's about 7:30 or so I think. And if it's on a Friday ol' JCCLARK can meet us too.
    How bout ya JC?
