I heard last night that they are starting to drop the level of Rough River Lake and that it will be at winter pool by 1 Oct. A full month earlier than normal and at a faster drop rate. Suppose to be for repairs on the spillway that was put off from last year. Has anybody else heard this?

Hey CP,
"Thanks" for the info. That's pretty much what I heard, except the 15th Oct pool level. The daily lake level report for Rough is showing a 1.5 foot drop per day so that's going to mess up the fall bite. I appreciate your reply.
Catching any fish on T-ville?

I may have to start just driving over to Taylorsville and standing at the boat ramp, with my fishing gear .... and try and hitch a ride :D

Maybe some Sat. in the near future, we could hook up at Settler's Trace Marina ramp. I could be there by 0-dark thirty (daylight) :D
I can show you where/how I fish it ... but, no promises on catching fish :p I haven't been there but a couple of times, over the last 3yrsso it might take me a while to figure 'em out .... LOL!!
