I saw where somebody said they quit on green & taylorsville because of insurance etc. That is only at state park ramps & not corps of engineeres ramps. I asked & they said they didn't require anything & to go for it. They pulled that crap on cumberland bass tournaments at burnside island & they fellow that was holding them quit & turned them over to the burnside booster club which has insurance & raises money for the high school fishing team. The tournaments before this use to have a good crowd & payed a place for every 7 boats plus big fish. Now they only pay 3 places & they're alright but not as good as they were. There are plenty at corps ramps on cumberland though. I bet if somebody wanted to have crappie tournaments & they checked into it they would be fine on corps ramps.
