    Default Rough River or Nolin .....


    anyone been to Rough or Nolin? Was wondering about th3e flooding and water conditions, ramps useable?

    Lake level chart says Rough is 3ft over Summer Pool and they're only pulling it down at 59cfs.

    Nolin is at Summer Pool and they're pulling it at 549cfs.

    Both lakes are on the rise.
