If you have some jigging spoons, when you come out from Prizer Point into the main lake, on the right-side river channel about halfway between there and Little River, there's a good long spot where the water runs 10 to 15 feet deep. Bouncing a spoon there off the bottom will connect you with whites and yellow bass most days this time of year, not to mention the occasional crappie and largemouth.
We tried that last night with little luck. I definitely appreciate the help though. I’m thinking all fish just hate me this time of year. Come fall when the water temp drops I’ll tear them up on Taylorsville, Nolin, Rough and Barren but summer fishing for me has been brutal
