If it is open, the day use Moss creek has access to the water. Several picnic tables. Restroom facility. Lengthy shoreline in both directions. A walking trail leading from it. There is foot access to both sides of the channel from their parking lots. Physical exertion is required in several of these edges. Most bays on both sides have roads leading to them from the Trace. Several areas have good banks to fish from.

Good spots for bluegill!! I worked with a guy who fished the Moss Creek area and would catch quite a few nice bluegill from the bank but that's been several years ago.

If you drive to new bridge at Kenlake it was designed with paved walkways with fishing asses to water. Go to the amphitheater and you have access to the shoreline all the way to the Kenlake marina. If you go to Ky dam marina and the ramp area by the beach you will have amp,e shoreline to fish. Just a few off the top of my head. Good luck.
