So they remind us daily while the KY Lake boat ramps are crammed with trucks with license plates that don't look like mine? Go to a marina and see how much pleasure boating social distancing is taking place. I'm giving up 60% of my yearly guide income by not guiding during April but come May 1, I'm open for business. At some point we have to fold the tent or take our chances. My tent won't fold Andy!

I couldn’t agree with you more. This virus is serious but so is the effects on small business. Heck look what it has done to oil. Everyone likes cheap gas but how many folks are going to loose there jobs over this.

If you can maintain the 6' social distancing ... what difference does it make if the other person in the boat is family or not ?? Are the F&W Leo's gonna do a DNA test on the occupants of every boat with more than one person in it ??

This is what you've got to worry about, but worst case scenario you're out only $250 or possibly 90 days in jail:
Executive Order 2020-266, out-of-state people must self-quarantine for 14 days upon entering the state, before they go out in public/launch a boat:
"It is now necessary to restrict travel by residents of other states into Kentucky except in specific circumstances and to require residents of other states who travel into Kentucky for any reason other than those specific circumstances to self-quarantine for 14 days after entering Kentucky."
KRS 214.020 and KRS 214.990 - failure to self-quarantine is a Class B Misdemeanor. Generally, Class B misdemeanors are punishable by up to 90 days in jail and a fine of up to $250
