Thread: Great day on Barren

With the cooler weather this week, my wife and I were hoping that the fishing would have improved so we decided to take the grandkids out this morning to pull some cranks. We were wrong about the fishing improving. Although no crappie came into the boat, both grandkids caught a fish. It was pretty cool on them on the ride out this morning. Started out at 61 but warmed up pretty quick when the sun got up. It warmed up enough that they finished up the trip in the water. Couldn’t have asked for a better day.
