That told me that the fish are roaming, big time, following the Shad.

According to this : Louisville District > Missions > Civil Works > Water Information > Updated Lake Temperatures and Dissolved Oxygen Lev > Green Profile .... the thermocline at the dam had dropped to the 20ft level last week (down from the 15ft level of the week before). You may not have been fishing in deep enough water
