Yeah, John ... normally they will give you the water temp (taken at the dam), but I called the Taylorsville number before I posted my previous reply and no water temps were given.
The Green River ph# says it's 45deg.

I have an old newspaper clipping with ph#s for many of the state's lakes, so if Dayz wants me to I can post those numbers for whichever lakes he's interested in that I have the ph#s for ... but, some numbers may have changed over the decades I've had this list.
