At Cranks n Cream you demonstrated how to cleanly and safely remove hooks for one's own self. Well, unfortunately today I had the duty to remove a minner hook from the outside edge on my left hand.

This is what this site and out gatherings are about, sharing knowledge, tactics, skills, and ways to keep us safe to return home to our families.

This 10lb slimer fought hard but got his revenge when I reached for the weight. I felt the hook give some, and about the time my brain and mouth were processing what just happened, that dang cat slung the hook, and it sling shot right into my finger!

Again, thank you for sharing your knowledge as I have never had a hook buried much less buried a 1/2" deep.Name: 20180826_104925.jpg
