I'm still on the fence about those things. I would have to try some food cooked in one of them before I bought one. They're pretty spendy for a kitchen gadget. I've watched a lot of youtube reviews for them and they are all hit or miss on flavor remarks. The one thing that I continually notice is that there is usually some dry flower/batter in spots on breaded food after cooking. I can remember back when oven frying chicken was the going thing and it was always the same way. Something about getting a mouthful of powder just never went over with my taste buds. lol
