Actually ... one came with the holders that I bought from another member off the Personal Classifieds, and the other I purchased at a local tackle shop. They are called Roger's Handie Hold-it Supply Caddy : Invalid URL (click on it, the link is fine)

The base is screwed into the square upright bar of the T (on mine) and the caddy just slides down onto the base. But, they can also be used on a round pole, as they have openings in the base for use with band clamps.

The "cup holder" portions are two different sizes ...right side holder has 2.5" diameter & is basically made for a 12oz can or 16oz plastic bottle of water or pop (depending on how far down the pole you mount it). The left side holder is smaller, and basically made for holding the smaller bottles of scent (2" diameter).
There are 4 loops on the outer rims of the cup holder, suitable for hanging a jig or crank in ... and two slots on the front that will hold a pair of needlenose pliers and a small socket wrench. (I don't use them for those things, because they are subject to being bounced out of the holder in rough water travel)

For what it's worth ... the Coke can in my picture is not alone in the holder. There's something underneath it, which is why it's sitting so high up in the holder. The holders are actually 3.5" deep.

The link to BPS, showing the holder & price, is only for identifying purposes ... as you can find them cheaper. But the BPS price is about what I paid for the one I bought from the tackle store.
