Went to see my knee surgeon today and it was decided that he would try the jel shots first and if that doesn't work then replace them. It looks like me and Scottymoe will be attending. I will be bringing tarter sauce (not homemade) ketchup, utensils, and Pepsi and Diet Pepsi. I also have a cooker if needed. We don't want to bring any cooked food, to far. If we need to bring anything else let us know. Don

What do you fellas call a dressed egg. Is that the same as deviled eggs as we call them here in SC. I looked in Walmart and could not find any dresses that size.Scott and I will be there Wednesday and fish Thursday and it would be great if someone could meet us on Thursday morning and show us some places to fish and help us a little. Just as last year I have compiled a master "checklist "showing the major items needed to put on this wonderful Shindig. This is how I will handle it once again this year:
Pick an item on the below list and post in this thread on what you will bringing or be covering. I will check this thread on a daily basis and when someone claims an item I will mark it as "check" behind the item. We will do this until all items are covered. Remember, we had about 75 members show up last year, so there will be some of the items I will be taking several hits on before I will "check" it off (Such as plates, utensils, paper towels, etc.) Once it is "checked" off that's it....... Consider it off the list. This is how we keep from having way too much of one item and waste. So here we go ladies and fellers........Please post up!!!! It'll be here before you know it and its gonna be a great time with some awesome seminars and some great fishermen and women!! Not to mention the food!!!!

Scott and I will be leaving South Carolina Wednesday morning and get there that afternoon. We will bring a couple dozen boiled eggs and attemp to make deviled eggs Friday night. I am not a cook but will try. Will also bring some bushes baked beans if no one else is bringing any. Looking forward to meeting everyone.
