You have no idea how much I appreciate your willingness to come on here, listen to our issues, and answer to the best of your abilities by using biological data as much as possible. I try not to make my concerns be those of my pocketbook but for the resources as a whole. I don't often get the answer I seek but do get honest info that may or may not satisfy my concerns but at least you are willing to take the arrows we throw and try to calm our fears. For that I'm thankful.
