thanks for the help guy's
went to taylorsville this am water was nasty. full of submerged tree branches, trunks, etc those tournament guy's lit out of there full blast too [crazy] . anyway i had a great day caught 10, 6 were keepers not a stellar day compared to some of you but it was for me and i feel that the knowledge i have gleaned from those of you on here is the reason. i had been i tried a few different things i learned on here but had the best luck using 2 jig set up under a slip float with minnows at 4 to 5 ft up very close to flooded timber. i also tried casting jig parallel to bank, drop shot, and putting reg float at 2' above a jig and popping the float like a popper. thanks to all of you for sharing your knowledge and techniques i hope to become much better but for now i am happy and had a great day
