Your Buddy wouldn't happen to be a member of Crappie USA, and checking out the scenery for the CUSA Classic, would he ??![]()

Gene, a buddy of mine fished that area mid-week and it was slow. They had been locating deep brush/stakes and casting jigs to them. Maybe the nice weather and stable lake level will turn them back on.. Check out Dallman's posts on the TN Forum.

Don't forget the area that is closed for waterfowl until 3/15/17. Wouldn't want to get a fine. Good luck.
I have been averaging 15 keepers per trip. I am spider rigging using grubs and minnows in 6 to 8 feet of water. I am fishing out of the cuba landing area. Water temp has been from 48 to 54 over the last couple of weeks. Good Luck.
