crappie action, I live and guide in the area that you are headed for. We have some great fishing in this area. I would fish the Sandy River area, which we are talking about a large body of water. It starts in just south of Paris Landing coming off of the Tennessee River. Since you aren't familiar with the area I would suggest that you fish around the power lines in late March and early April. If you go to my website which will come up when I send you this message, I have Map Quest on there. If you look at the map and come down Port Rd., you will find a very good ramp to put in at and you will be in the Sandy River.
