    another slow hot day,fished main lake flats mostly,water temp 83,very calm,spyder riggin minnows in open water 12 ft down in 15 fow. ended up with 11 keepers. couldn't find em on brush just drifting the flats .we prolly tried 10 different jigs,they didn't want nuthing but minnows.Name:  IMG_20160628_144932.jpg

    wildcat, midnight thunder, big blue, thunder chicken, lime twist glow, bonetreuse, eclipse take your pick. If you don't already have those colors Patterson bait and Grocery has those colors or at least they did have them....

    Amen Hotrods.... however even they didn't work for me today. Went back to where I had 26 casting Sunday. The fish and shad were still there but the bite was really slow

    Amen on the HOT RODS, but i gotta say the Slabanator shadbodies in Wildcat are the bee's knees!!
