Heck ... they even stock Rainbow Trout in there, but I doubt they survive very long once that water warms up.

People have been taking buckets full of short fish from there ever since they opened the lake for fishing. Now that the size/creel limits have changed, I doubt it will hurt anything to keep a limit of any size Crappie that you care to clean.

You didn't happen to notice if a thermocline has set up there, did you ??
