After looking at this I think we are going to drop the kayaks in at the end of S. Lucas Rd just east of the state park.

Go left and fish the 100 yard long drop that has brush all along it. May be tricky if the wind gets up but otherwise that would be a good spot to try. Watch for boats, Peter Creek gets beat up pretty good.
