I've been to Cumberland twice in the last two weeks. Down at Burnside, I caught 22 really nice fish (and several small ones), and 26 great fish respectively. I was fishing standing trees in 12 to 16 FOW 6 to 8 ft deep. I'd had been catching lots of fish on Green prior to those trips and was planning to go back when I ran into a guy at a local tackle store who was buying white pearl jig skirts. He mentioned that his friend had caught 48 good crappie the day before using these jigs down around Burnside around trees. He didn't know the depth or FOW, so I had to search that for myself. I tried other colors, but the pearl definitely worked best for me.
