    I just saw on the Green River Facebook page that the ramp at Holmes Bend is still open. Is your picture of the State Park Marina?

    Somebody said the first parking lot was under water at Holmes bend. I don't know for sure though.

    Yes, the lower parking lot at Holmes Bend IS underwater. Seen a picture posted on FB. Lake is currently ~9ft over Summer Pool.
