    Default Green River Lake

Just wondering if anybody has been to Green this week. I am thinking about going tomorrow and was wondering about conditions and bite.

    Thanks

Green anglers are going to be a bit "tight lipped" for awhile, seeing as how the CUSA SuperEvent Tourney on Green is only a few weeks away.

But, I can tell you that the lake is back to pool & stable ... and some few members have been fishing there and catching fish. COE says surface water temp is 75 or 79deg ??? (couldn't understand the recorded message when he gave water temp).

Crappie are likely post spawn & starting to school back up ... so I'd be looking at the brush piles in 10-20fow, or trolling the jigs or cranks around the Shad schools out over the channels & drops. I don't know where or how they're being caught ... so that's just a suggestion based on what "I" would do. And I don't claim to be an expert on Crappie, Green River Lake, or anything else
