You can count on some backwater almost yearly and a good 4+' flood every 3 years. Beavers just re-damed it about 2 years ago and is getting ready to flood about 2 more acres on my land. If his dam is right it should be a consistent 4 feet deep full of brush with a deep beaver channel going through it..
