Oh yea chaunc is right they are good.
We have a friend at Kentucky lake that ask us to bring her some yellow bellys that's her favorite.
And I if you have a friend that can cook like this gal can you do all you can to help her out.

I love to fillet those hybrids out. I bleed mine out as soon as they get unhooked and they go straight onto ice. Bleeding them first is messy, but it GREATLY reduces the amount of red meat/bloodline you have to trim out.
